The aroma is gentle, with a slightly strong bitterness and a dry impression. It’s a sake that pairs well with meals. “MK” stands for Mie Prefecture yeast. Apparently, there are five types of yeast developed in Mie: MK1, MK3, MK5, MK7, and MLA. This is the second bottle from the October lineup of the Japan Prestige Association distribution series.
